If you love chickpeas, chocolate and simple recipes this was made for you! These are an all-time easy bake favourite recipe for us that are packed with protein and are flowerless. These cookies take no time to bake and they are jam packed with goodness. Plus, uses barely any ingredients!
- 1 can of chickpeas
- ½ cup of peanut butter
- ¼ cup of almond milk
- I tsp vanilla extract
- 1/5 cup of dark chocolate chips (less or more as desired)
- 1 tsp of baking powder

Cook 15 min
Step 1: Rinse the chickpeas and pat them as dry as possible before placing them in a blender with the peanut butter, vanilla extract, almond milk and baking powder.
Step 2: Blend ingredients all together until smooth.
Step 3: Fold through the chocolate chips.
Step 4: Spoon the mixture into 12 serves on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes at 200C or until lightly browned.
