A television console

These days, it is necessary to have a TV console to hold things like a DVD player or sound system. With most of us having a Chrome Cast, Apple play, or simply a Smart TV, we can ditch it. Simply hang your TV on the wall, and you’ve just added a ton more space to your living room.

A coffee table

Now, you’ll probably need some sort of table to hold your “coffee,” but we suggest ditching that large coffee table and use a smaller side table that can easily “float” around the living room.

Extra storage pieces

Multiple bookcases, tables, or extra cabinets are really unnecessary. If you need these to “store” items that are rarely noticed or used, it might be a good time to decide if you need it.

Bedhead

If you change your décor style often, then this could be a hindrance. Bedheads can be expensive and might not always suit your bedding or that new piece of art. Save some money by not having one to start and decorate that blank space above your bed with some art.
